Check-in after 4:00 PM · Checkout before 10:00 AM · Self check-in with smart lock.

Parking

Parking is limited to 5 vehicles total: up to 4 cars in the regular parking area and 1 car inside the garage. Please keep the lawn, sidewalk, street, and neighboring properties clear.

Pets

Please pick up all pet waste promptly. Complimentary waste bags are provided at the property for your convenience. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in an additional $100 fee.

TV & streaming

Turn on the TV with the remote and sign in to your preferred streaming service. Please sign out before departure.

Trash

Place all bagged waste in the designated outdoor bins located behind the property. Use the gate on the left side of the house to access the rear area that opens onto the street where trash is collected. Do not leave loose trash outside.

Do not overload the washer or dryer. Clean the dryer lint filter after every cycle.

No smoking inside. No parties or unauthorized guests. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise low.

What is provided in the home

Please use these items with care and return them to their assigned location before checkout. Before leaving, please gather all used sheets and towels and place them together on the floor of each bedroom or bathroom where they were used. This helps our team prepare the home efficiently for the next guests.

Towels & bathrooms

  • 16 white bath towels (27 × 50 in): 4 in the primary king bedroom, 4 in the second queen bedroom, and 8 in the third bedroom with bunk beds.
  • 8 white striped beach towels in the primary king bedroom.
  • 4 white medium towels: 2 in each bathroom.
  • 4 white hand towels: 2 in each bathroom.
  • 4 white bath mats: 2 in each bathroom.
  • Each bathroom includes a first-aid kit and a hair dryer.

Bedrooms & linens

  • Primary king bedroom: mattress protector, white fitted sheet, white flat sheet, white bedspread, 2 king pillows, 2 queen pillows, ironing board, iron, and electronic safe.
  • Second queen bedroom: mattress protector, white fitted sheet, white flat sheet, white bedspread, and 2 queen pillows.
  • Third bedroom: 2 bunk beds with 4 queen beds total. Each bed includes a mattress protector, white fitted sheet, white flat sheet, and 2 queen pillows.

Beach equipment

  • The property includes 4 beach chairs.

Games & entertainment

  • Board and card games: Monopoly, poker, Jenga, UNO, Scrabble, and a 2-in-1 chess and checkers set.

How to use

  1. Cooktop: place the pan on the correct cooking zone and turn its matching knob to the desired heat.
  2. Oven: press Bake, enter the temperature and press Start.
  3. Wait for preheating to finish before placing food inside. Use oven mitts.
  4. When finished, press Cancel and turn every cooktop knob to Off.

The glass surface stays hot after use. Keep children away and never leave cooking unattended.

🍽️Frigidaire dishwasher

How to use

  1. Scrape off leftover food and load dishes without blocking the spray arms. Place glasses and cups upside down.
  2. Add dishwasher detergent or one pod to the detergent dispenser. Never use liquid hand-washing dish soap.
  3. Close the dispenser and dishwasher door firmly.
  4. Select Cycles, then choose Temp and Dry settings if desired.
  5. Press START and close the door immediately. The cycle begins after the door latches.

Use dishwasher detergent only. Keep sharp items pointed down, do not overload the racks, and wait for hot steam to clear before unloading.

How to use

  1. Add rice and water to the inner pot, then close the lid.
  2. Press Power and choose White Rice, Brown Rice, Quinoa/Grains or Slow Cook.
  3. Press Power again to start. The cooker switches to Keep Warm when finished.

Open carefully—hot steam may escape. Use oven mitts.

How to use

  1. Lock the pitcher onto the base. Add liquids first, then soft foods, and ice or frozen food last.
  2. Close the lid, press Power and select the desired preset or speed.
  3. Turn off and unplug before removing the pitcher or touching the blades.

Never blend hot liquids. Do not run continuously for more than 6 minutes.

How to use

  1. Place the crisping tray in the basket, add food and insert the basket fully.
  2. Press Power, choose Air Fry, Roast, Reheat or Dehydrate, then adjust time/temperature if needed.
  3. Press Start/Pause. Shake or turn food halfway through for even cooking.

The basket gets very hot. Never fill it with oil or water.

How to use

  1. Plug in, select the browning level and wait until preheating is complete.
  2. Add about ¾ cup of batter, close the lid and rotate the unit 180°.
  3. Cook about 2½ minutes, then open carefully and remove with a non-metal utensil.

Hot steam may escape. Do not touch the cooking plates.

How to use

  1. Insert the plates, close the press and preheat using the control dial.
  2. Place food on the lower plate and close gently for panini use.
  3. For open grilling, press the side release and open the unit flat to 180°.

Unplug after use and allow the plates to cool before cleaning.

How to use

  1. Insert one or two slices and touch the front panel to wake the controls.
  2. Choose the browning level, then lower the gold lever to start.
  3. The toast rises automatically. Use Cancel if you need to stop early.

Never insert metal utensils. Unplug before removing stuck food.

How to use

  1. Turn the Volume/Power knob clockwise and set the Function knob to PHONO.
  2. Choose 33⅓, 45 or 78 RPM, then place the record on the platter. Use the adapter for 45 RPM records.
  3. Release the tonearm lock, raise the lift lever and move the tonearm over the record.
  4. Lower the tonearm gently with the lift lever. When finished, lift it and return it to its holder.

Do not touch or force the needle. Keep liquids away and never move the unit while a record is playing.

How to use

  1. Place it on a dry, level surface; check that the kettle is seated and the doors are closed.
  2. Turn on the light/warmer and kettle switches; preheat for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Turn the kettle off before opening. Add one premeasured popcorn kit, or use the supplied measures for oil and kernels. Close it and turn the kettle back on.
  4. When popping slows, turn the kettle off immediately. Use the crank to empty it, then season outside the kettle.
  5. Switch everything off, unplug and let it cool completely before wiping with a soft, damp cloth.

Adult use only. Never leave it unattended, touch the hot kettle, immerse it in water, or put butter or sugar inside the kettle.

☕Programmable drip coffee maker

How to use

  1. Open the top lid. Add fresh water to the reservoir using the carafe, without exceeding the MAX line.
  2. Place a basket-style paper filter in the filter basket and add about 1 level tablespoon of ground coffee per cup.
  3. Close the lid and place the empty carafe securely on the warming plate.
  4. Press BOLD for a stronger brew if desired, then press ON/OFF to start. Press ON/OFF again when finished.
  5. To program automatic brewing, set the clock with HOUR and MIN, press PROG, choose the desired start time, then press PROG again.

Keep the lid closed while brewing. The coffee, steam, carafe and warming plate become very hot. Never operate without water.

How to use

  1. The safe is inside the primary bedroom closet.
  2. Enter access code 0806, then press ENTER.
  3. When the green light appears and you hear the confirmation beep, turn the handle clockwise within 5 seconds and pull the door open.
  4. To lock it, close the door firmly and turn the handle counterclockwise. Check that the door is secure before leaving.

Do not store the emergency key inside the safe. After repeated incorrect attempts, stop and contact the hosts—do not force the handle.

Quick instructions for the Nexgrill 5-burner propane grill.

How to use

  1. Use outdoors only and open the lid before lighting.
  2. Make sure every burner knob is Off, then open the propane tank valve slowly.
  3. Push and turn one main burner knob to Ignite/High. Light additional burners as needed.
  4. Preheat before adding food. Never leave the grill unattended.
  5. When finished, turn every burner knob Off, then close the propane tank valve.

If it does not light, turn everything Off, wait 5 minutes and try again. Keep children away.

Emergency Use

  1. Call 911 and alert others.
  2. Hold the end of the rope and throw the ring beyond the person.
  3. Pull the person steadily toward the pool edge.
